There were 69 homes sold in August with an average listing price of $339,208. This amount is down from the $352,469 recorded in July. The average sale price for August was $325,675. This amount shows a decrease from the 343,400 from the previous month. The median sale price for homes in the Mason area was $260,000. This amount shows a decrease from the $293,750 last month.
A Look at the Housing Stats for West Chester
We entered September in West Chester with 109 active listings. This number is up from the 98 active listings recorded last month. There were 211 homes sold during the month of August. The month ended with 117 pending sales.
The average listing price for homes sold in the West Chester area was $290,236. This amount is down from the $291,918 in July. The average sale price was $284,701, which didn’t change a great deal from the $284,690 last month. The median sale price comes in at $272,900.
