Here’s a look at the real estate market report for Mason and West Chester for July 2018. The median sale price for homes in Mason and West Chester increased, and we’re seeing more active listings in both areas. Let’s take a closer look at the real estate numbers for these areas.

At the end of June, there were 76 active listings and 71 pending sales in Mason. There were 104 homes sold with an average listing price of $388,273. This amount shows an increase from the $366,458 average listing price in May. The average sale price for June was $380,514, which shows an increase from the $358,597 of last month. The median sale price for listings is also showing an increase from the $336,973 from last month, with June recording a $350,000 median sale price.

There were 15 two-bedroom, 23 three-bedroom, 44 four-bedroom, and 12 five-bedroom homes sold during the month of June.

At the end of June, there were 118 active listings in West Chester. The total number of properties sold was 181, and there were 144 pending home sales. The average listing price for homes sold in this area was $293,000. This amount shows an increase from the $269,563 recorded last month. The average sale price is showing an increase from $266,541 in May to $285,882 in June. The median sale price for listings is $267,000 for June, which shows an increase from the median price of $257,000 that we saw in May.

There were 41 three-bedroom, 70 four-bedroom, and 10 five-bedroom homes sold during the month of June. Four bedroom homes continue to be the most popular home choice for buyers in West Chester. However, we did see an increase in two-bedroom homes this month as we recorded 19 sales.
