September in Mason began with 72 active listings. This number is down slightly from the 74 recorded last month. There were 91 pending sales. This number shows an increase from the 64 from last month.
There were 69 homes sold in August with an average listing price ofĀ $339,208. This amount is down from theĀ $352,469 recorded in July. The average sale price for August was $325,675. This amount shows a decrease from the 343,400Ā from the previous month. The median saleĀ price forĀ homes in the Mason area was $260,000. This amount shows a decrease from theĀ $293,750 last month.
There were 12Ā two-bedroom, 23Ā three-bedroom, 23Ā four-bedroom, and 10Ā five-bedroomĀ homes sold during the month of August.
A Look at the Housing Stats for West Chester
We entered September in West Chester with 109 active listings. This number is up from the 98 active listings recorded last month. There were 211 homes sold during the month of August. The month ended with 117 pending sales.
The average listing price for homes sold in the West Chester area was $290,236. This amount is down from the $291,918 in July. The average sale price was $284,701, which didnāt change a great deal from the $284,690 last month. The median sale price comes in at $272,900. This amount is down from the $261,000 recorded for the previous month.
There were 66Ā three-bedroom, 112Ā four-bedroom, and 12Ā five-bedroomĀ homes sold during the month of July. Four-bedroom homes continue to be the most popular home choice for buyers in West Chester.

The average sale price for homes decreased in both Mason and West Chester as we entered the month of September, but the dip in price for West Chester wasnāt significant.
